PAN FRY
  1. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil or butter.
  2. Add snapper and using a spatula, press the fish down gently.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until fish is cooked.
  4. Season to taste.
OVEN BAKE
  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
  2. Place snapper portions on a lined baking tray and put into oven.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
  4. Season to taste.
