THAWING INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw in refrigerator overnight and cook thoroughly prior to consumption. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be cooked before consumption. Thaw prior to cooking.
PAN FRY
- Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil or butter.
- Add snapper and using a spatula, press the fish down gently.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until fish is cooked.
- Season to taste.
OVEN BAKE
- Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
- Place snapper portions on a lined baking tray and put into oven.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
- Season to taste.
