THAWING INSTRUCTIONS

Thaw in refrigerator overnight and cook thoroughly prior to consumption. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

This product must be cooked before consumption. Thaw prior to cooking.

PAN FRY
  1. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Drizzle the fish fillets with oil and salt liberally.
  2. Once the pan is hot, add the fish skin side down.
  3. After 2 minutes, carefully flip the fish over and cook for a further minute.
  4. Once cooked, carefully remove the fish and season with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.
