They are incredibly versatile and can be boiled, steamed, grilled, sautéed, baked or fried. Ocean Pearl Endeavour Prawns are a good source of protein, Omega 3, Phosphorous and Selenium and are naturally low in fat.

THE FISHERY

Ocean Pearl Wild Caught Endeavour Prawns are sourced from the Northern Prawn Fishery (NPF), Australia’s largest and the world’s first tropical prawn fishery in the world to be MSC certified sustainable. The NPF is located off Australia’s northern coast, the fishery extends from the low water mark to the outer edge of the Australian Fishing Zone. Ocean Pearl Tiger Prawns are mainly caught during the months of August to November each year
